End User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sparklee LLC for the use of Skrēn AI ("Software").

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Sparklee LLC.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or patches to the Software. This EULA applies to all updates unless otherwise stated.

5. Termination

This license terminates if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sparklee LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States of American and the state of Massachusetts.
